Can I use a welcome coupon or discount code during site-wide promotional sales?

During site-wide promotional sales, we cannot accept additional discount codes.

How can I apply a coupon to my order?

After adding items to your cart, click the ¨View Cart¨ link at the top of this site to view your cart. Below the list of products, you will see a box where you may enter a valid coupon code to apply the discount to your order.

How can I cancel or make changes to my order?

To cancel or make changes to the items in your order, please contact customer service at 214-838-6015 (between 9 am to 4 pm EST), however please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Shipping

What is the shipping policy?

We will ship out orders the same day if they are placed before 1 pm EST, and the next day if they are placed after 1 pm EST. For orders weighing less than 5 pounds, we offer a flat shipping rate of $8.00 and orders are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage. The average shipping time is 5 to 7 days. Currently, we only offer shipping to the USA and Canada, however we hope to offer international shipping soon!
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.00 (after any discounts are applied).

Order tracking

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located in the email.

How do I correctly layer my RX Youth products?

In general, when layering products, you want to go from the thinnest consistency to the thickest.

The Complete Morning Ritual:
1. Cleanse with Rosé All Day Gentle Foaming Cleanser & pat dry.
2. Apply Morning Glory Vitamin C & E Serum to face, neck & décolleté. (about 5 drops on the face, & 4 drops to the neck & décolleté)
3. Allow serum to soak in for 5 minutes, then apply your Skin Drink Daily Moisturizer. If your skin is not dry, you can skin this step and go to the next step.
4. Apply your Illuminate Mineral Sunscreen & Primer to face, neck, & décolleté. You may follow this with your makeup application if desired.

The Complete Evening Ritual:
1. Begin your double-cleanse starting with using your Refresh Micellar Water on a cotton round or reusable bamboo cotton round to help break down dirt, oil, & makeup on the face & neck)
2. Using lukewarm water, perform your second cleanse with your Rosé All Day cleanser. Pat face dry.
3. Apply your Skin Drink Daily Moisturizer to the face, neck, & décolleté. If your skin is not dry, you could skip this step and go on to step 4.
4. Apply your Beauty Sleep Hydrating Night Cream to the face, neck, & décolleté. Your beauty sleep awaits.

What are my payment choices?

We accept payment by credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and by Apple Pay.

 Due to security reasons and our current payment processing abilities, we only accept credit cards with a valid U.S. billing address.

 

Why do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax is charged on certain orders as required by law and depends on your specific location.

Returns

What is your return policy?

If you purchased from our website and are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email or call our customer service at [email protected], or 214-838-6015 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Please return your item within 30 days with proof of purchase to receive a refund or exchange.
Returns take 24 hours to process once received in our warehouse. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 48 – 72 hours upon receipt of merchandise. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
